Simply slip it over the Nova Collar and attach an Isla & Fern artisan pet necklace to the loops. The soft velvet finish adds texture and elegance, allowing you to mix and match necklaces and charms to reflect your pet’s personality or complement the occasion.
Each Nova Collar comes with a complimentary Velvet Collar Sleeve. Artisan pet necklaces and charms are optional and available for purchase separately.
